World Series Traffic Tips

What general traffic tips can we provide to one another in getting to the ballpark during the World Series?

One tip I have is for those of you who take the Ashland way to the ballpark. Ashland Avenue is being worked on, and it causes a huge jam on the exit ramp from the Stevenson between Ashland and Wood Street. If you are going that way, a better alternative would be Damen to 35th Street.

I'm running up Archer to Pershing to Union.

I always jump on 394 north from rt. 30 to avoid 94 west, for the Indiana folks.

Get there early. That will solve any traffic problem.

Why drive when you can take the train?

I would assume the train lines aren't going to be as packed as they usually are during the regular season or playoff games due to the large number of rich people going to the games.
