I was talking about booze of course. I think that's kind of a ripoff, it's like a really expensive tavern with a fifteen dollar cover. I'd much rather go to my local watering hole.

The Bulls did this and it was a hell of a time.

Price of admission was the same then as it is now.

 Cool! I'm gonna do what I can to be there, should be awesome to be with a bunch of other sox fans, especially since i couldnt get tix to the games at the cell.

Also, I wonder if they will have Rooney and Farmer with the call as opposed to the Fox [COLOR=Teal]"experts"

I don't think they'll get more than a couple thousand, so you will be able to sit where you want.

The new scoreboard at the United Center is amazing. The picture is so clear and sharp. They appear to be giant high definition screens.

It'll be funny to see everybody sitting in the upper levels first to get the best views of the screens.

Does anyone know if the game be broadcast only on the jumbotron or will there be additional big screens throughout like they have for concerts? Anyone who was at the Bulls away games remember how they did it then?

I think the Loveabulls and Matadors should act out each play in real time on the court.

I was at all the Bulls away games, and there weren't additional screens anywhere. It was only broadcast on the jumbotron. It was cool though, the crowd was so into the game. We were going more wild than the crowd in Utah.

Anyone think Fox will show the UC crowd during the game?

This is the answer to the people who wanted a family friendly place to watch the game.

Opening up the cell would have been just weird with an empty field.

Another good thing is that the money will be split amongst charities. Hopefully there will be huge screens centercourt like the one they brought for the rally.

Last year, Red Sox fans watched playoffs at movie theaters. Any of them here? Brew and View? A huge theater? Imax?

How about a Game 7* at the UC?

kninchicago
10-21-2005, 01:11 PM
According to the Brew n View's schedule they aren't planning on showing any games. However they don't have next Sat/Sun's schedule up yet so maybe if it goes to 6-7 games they will.

I think they have a huge screen projection of the game at Peterson park during the "Trails of Terror" So something for the parents while your kids get scared.

cost is 6 bucks for kids and 8 for adults.

For those in the southwest suburbs and not wanting to pay UC prices, the Joliet Jackhammers are offering something similiar for game 4.

It's outside and a smaller screen, but it is cheaper.

I am confused--is this general admission seating, or are you assigned a seat? I was looking on Ticketmaster, and they assign you a seat but I thought that people could sit wherever. So even though I would have an assigned seat, is it the type of thing where you can just move around and sit wherever, or were we just mistaken and we will be assigned a specific seat throughout the game?
