View Full Version : Former Sox player looking for tickets?
I ran across this on craigslist.org and I thought if this was a legit post from Dan Pasqua:

Ron Kittle + 50 pounds = Dan Pasqua.
OR
Greg Luzinski - the beard = Dan Pasqua.
Pasqua played right field like a wounded turtle and air conditioned both Old and New Comiskey with his monstrous swing for the fence. #44 can watch on TV like the rest of us.
If John Cangelosi is correct in saying Jerry treats all former Sox players like family, let Danny-boy mow the lawn to earn his keep.

Shortly before his era ended with the Sox, he was busted when a package delivered to his house was indeed marajuana. I don't remember the details of the story. Where are the historians that can re-live great moments in White Sox history.

I went to the Cub/Whitesox reunion game in Joliet a few years back. Pasqua looked to be in good shape. He was cranking them during batting practice and hit two dingers during the game. SHOTS. Before the game I sarcastically asked when he was coming back. He replied, "I can't run anymore...not that I ever could." Good stuff.

Pasqua was signing autographs at some pizza joint in Countryside last Saturday, and I agree, he looked like he was still in pretty good shape. I said something to that effect and his answer was , "Yeah, but who's gonna run?". I told him he didn't have to run very fast when you hit 'em over the fence.
