Jon Rauch will get a long look, unless his shoulder's still bothering him.

If Barcelo is ready, he'll be in the bullpen.

I would be very surprised to see Sean Lowe back.

Maybe losing Garland isn't so bad, even if just to sort out all the right-handed starters the Sox have...
