So, we've finished off the Angels with a week to spare before the World Series starts.

How is Ozzie going to keep the hitters sharp for that amount of time?

And the bullpen too, they haven't pitched for what feels like the last month.

Is anyone else worried that a whole week off could be a serious detriment to the team?

On the ESPN 1000 post game show last night Cooper mentioned something that the Sox will play a few simulated games during the week so the bullpen can get a little work and the hitters can stay somewhat fresh.

The Sox can get Kerry Wood and Mark Prior to help during the simulated games; they've pitched a lot of no-hitters in simulated games this year.
