No Rogers Park isn't the only place that has it, Drive up and down Fullerton between Austin and Central you will see them all over. But for Bob to say that he's never seen them means he's never seen them on the gold coast. Where he lives. Last time I checked, Charlie Trotters doesn't offer an elotes cart after the cheese course...so he wouldn't know what's up.
