My refund hit my Visa account yesterday.

Ticketmaster called me and left me a recorded message saying that I would get a refund within 7-10 days.

My refund was $15 short of what I paid. I'm assuming this to be true across the board, but I figured I'd check in and see if that's what your experience was.

I think that would be the ticketmaster fees.
