Spiezio, of Morris, argued with the driver, Gani Musabar Hasan, over the credit card fare, Bayless said. During the argument, Jennifer Pankratz, 27, reached through the cab's partition for the credit card, grabbed it and broke Hasan's glasses, authorities said.
When police arrived, Hasan accused the pair of taking his cell phone. A police officer used his phone to ring Hasan's number, and when the phone rang in Pankratz's purse, the pair was taken into custody.
Seems like a brilliant plan by this Pankratz dame.:rolleyes:
