New majority owner is on ESPNews right now and talking about "major changes head to toe."

As well as "free parking for fans to all games next year."

The only way they will ever fill the stadium is if they start the games at 2, have 4.99 buffet dinner, and then Bingo afterwards.

Stuart Sternberg, the principal owner of the Devil Rays, officially took control of the team Thursday. He announced Matt Silverman as the new president and said Rays fans will get free parking at all home games next season.
