I was reading the cubune last week and it said in there that the White Sox had one of there Single A pitchers at the game, and he has a lot of promise as he is a knuckleballer. They said that Don Cooper was working with him. He is a knuckleballer that also has an 89 mph. fastball, which is good.

The Whites Sox will play Boston Wednesday night, and then play at Boston on Friday night. Why not have some sort of simulated game on Thursday before the flight leaves at the Cell against this kid from our minors pitching his knucker???

Would it help?

What do you think?

Sounds like a fairly good idea to me

Yankees did this for their game against Wakefield this weekend. Only Jeter and Rodriguez made use of him in BP.

I don't want any of our hitters seeing a knuckleball until the day they hit against Wakefield. Knuckballer's tend to mess alot of hitters up for a few days. We've never had much of a problem hitting Wakefield. I feel pretty good about our chances.
