Hey, he's lost some weight since his stint as Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor's trusty sidekick. :)

FOX isn't doing the games, but I'd guess it'd be Bernie Mac even though he seemed to love the Flubs in 03. Or how about MJeff?

I guess they saved the good tickets of us "real deals", Teki will be at all three games if needed! I sat the bench behnd the 3rd all time leading Scorer at Augustana College... I could drink him under the table too, I was much more tallented off the court. I was also pretty good at scaring away the recruits we didn't want there!

The good ones always die young... and leave their brothers to ruin the family name!

Jordan appearing wouldn't surprise me too much.

Beyond that, it's one of those things that will accelerate the farther they go. The ALDS it would be mostly folks who are known to be Sox fans. The ALCS you'd start getting bandwagon jumpers, especially if it's vs. the Yankees. And by the World Series you'll be seeing Bill Murray sitting with Billy Corgan and Kanye West, while they interview Gary Sinise and John Malkovich about how they were at Steppenwolf when they heard about Disco Demolition.

Oh yeah. If (when) we get to the ALCS, you'll have all the Chicago celebs coming out of the woodwork spouting tripe like "well, I'm just rooting for Chicago" and "I've always respected the White Sox."

I'm sure Murray will be running around like a jacka$$ on the field cheering for the Sox if they make the world series. I can only hope everyone boos him while he's doing it.

I'm sorry to be skeptical, but if you were a big deal, why don't you have tickets to game 1 or 2? Prior engagements at City Hall? Busy with Roger Ebert doing your TV show? A Cheers reunion maybe? Ok, running out of celeb Sox fans here...:D: You can't drop a post like that and not give a clue as to who you are.

I'm pretty sure he was joking. The "I'm kind of a big deal around here" line is from anchorman...

Oh add Vince Vaughn to the list of douche turncoat celebrities!

This is a great thread...Are there any celebrity Sox fans? Actually, who cares?
We don't need them, anyway. Celebrities don't fit the team's image, anyway.
