Lets assume we play Boston on tuesday
I figure we will get.
Tue- Contreras vs Clement
Wed- Garcia vs Wells
Fri- Buehrle vs wakefield
sat- Garland vs Arroyo
Sun- Mccarthy vs Millar

im probably wrong here, does anyone know what the matchups will be?

Good question Soxwon, I like your match ups, but I think there's no way the Sox go with McCarthy in game a 5. The ball would definitely go to Contreras (if # 5 were neccessary)

I think Buehrle is going to go in Game 2 and Garcia in game 3 because of Garcia being better on the road.

I see your part about probably being wrong, but odds are against Kevin MILLAR starting game five. Do you mean Wade Miller?

Also, do we think they are going to give up hope on Schilling?

From everything I've heard:

-Buerhle is pitching game #2
-Contreras will likely pitch game 5
-We are going to see Schilling in there somewhere

They definitely have not, as he will be tossing game #162 for the Carmines tomorrow afternoon in a game that, if won, clinches a postseason spot. They've still got some confidence in him. Of course, him pitching tomorrow means we won't see him until...Game 4 at the earliest I guess.

Wade Miller = out. So I doubt he would start a game in the ALDS. Sox will have a 4 man rotation, I'd bet Boston does the same, that is, if they even make it.

Let's just get it done before game 5, hm?

prolly-

US: Contreras/Buehrle/Garcia/Garland/Contreras

Boston: Clement/Wells/Wakefield/Schilling/?

Angels: Colon/Lackey/Washburn/either Santana or Colon/Colon or Lackey

No team uses 5 starters in the postseason. Some don't even use 4.
