Now that he can't say the White Sox are going to historically collapse anymore, he offers this gem of wisdom:

Ozzie Guillen is presiding over a team, the White Sox, that's lucky the season isn't two weeks longer.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't ANY TEAM at the end of a season who's in first place be considered "lucky" that a season wasn't any longer? I like this game. His pick for manager of the year, Eric Wedge, therefore should be considered "lucky" that two months ago the season wasn't over.

I guess the thing this idiot doesn't understand is the season ISN'T two weeks longer. It's 162 games. Not 175. So who cares?
