Ummmmmm... that's because most likely they're going to the playoffs...

Hopefully as the WC, but still... they'll be there.

How dare they?

I mean, it's not like they're in the wild card lead, is it?

Back in 03, the Sox started selling tickets when they were at least a game or two out of the central and wildcard and of course they did not make it so all those tickets were not usuable, including mine :whiner: . But alot of teams do this, it doesnt mean they feel they are a shoe-in for the playoffs.

I have world series tickets for 2005 in my kitchen right now, so, i think the indians can sell ALDS tickets, and they should.

Here's hoping you get to keep the stubs.

Is your dad a season ticket holder?

yes, he is.. he splits the tickets with someone. and in the playoffs though, We will be going to every home game if they make the playoffs, that is... and that includes the world series... but lets hope they make the playoffs first.

Agreed. When exactly are they supposed to sell the...next Monday?

Everyone in the race sells playoff tickets. This actually seems late to me.

The Sox put playoff tickets on sale in 2003, but that didn't seem to cause a stir.

Indians are going to the playoffs folks. So are we. Its just a matter of who is the WC and who is the Division winner.

NY dropping one to Toronto today made their best possible record 98 wins which would mean the best possible record of the R. Sox is 95 wins. If they both win out and split their series, one would have 97 and the other 96. Neither will win out however and 94 wins will be enough for the wildcard. Cleveland and Chicago will both have at least 95 wins...

IIRC, the Sox made you turn in tix for the ALCS and World Series in order to get a refund.

Yeah they'll probably be in the Wild Card.

Who cares? One way or another, they're going to get beaten by the Sox.
