According to WEEI 850 in Boston, Keith Foulke is shutting it down for the season due to physical issues.
WEEI reports he has also already left the team. Things couldn't be going worse for the Red Sox at this point. Sep. 22 - 2:04 pm et

Red Sox have issues, and the Yanks are licking their chops.

Funny how no one mentions the Red Sawx as chokers when they've fallen to second place. It's starting to look like they won't get the chance to defend their crown. Too bad.
