Per ESPN:

Rafael Palmeiro (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/profile?statsId=3897) reportedly told a three-member baseball arbitration panel that a teammate gave him a substance that might be responsible for his positive steroid test, a source told the Baltimore Sun.

A second source told the Sun that Palmeiro named the teammate when he presented his defense when appealing his suspension. However, a source told the newspaper that while he told the panel that he had received a substance from a teammate, he didn't make the case that the substance in question caused his positive test result.

What a guy that Raffy is! Anyone want to bet that the teammate in question recently received an "anonymous" donation to his kids college fund?

Way to own up to your mistake, Raffy! You're such a great role model for kids these days!

I hope Raffy never plays another game in his career and doesn't get into the Hall. What a low-down, piece of ****.

Unless it was Sosa.:redneck

You've already fallen hard enough. Do everyone, including yourself, a favor and leave the game before you make things even worse.

The Eastern Seaboard Preference Network is reporting that Palmeiro is pointing the finger at this man (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2169007).

I heard this on the radio coming home from tonight's disaster. They also reported that Tejada's vitamin B-12 tested out as...vitamin B-12. Who do you throw under the bus now, Raffy?

Why doesn't Palmeiro just own up to what really happened?

The only person Raffy has thrown under the bus is himself. I seriously don't know who to laugh at harder: all the idiots who believed his bull**** testimony in front of Congress or Raffy himself for his complete self destruction the last couple months. Baltimore told Palmeiro not to come back this season. I'm hoping he retires so that everyone is spared from seeing this lying, back-stabbing sack of crap ever again.
