It's closer than we wanted it be.....but this will be a great week of White Sox baseball....7 games in a row against our two biggest AL Central rivals. Here's where we've been on September 18th over the past 10 years:

I agree it is a great time to be a Sox fan with past Septembers being huge letdowns. This beats playing out the string by a long shot.

I think some fans would like roles reversed not because they want the Sox to be in second place. It is that Cleveland is peaking at just the right time while the Sox are struggling. If the Sox want to win this series, this offense has to get moving. You are not going to beat Cleveland in a series by winning 2-1 games.
