Milwaukee scored at least one run in every inning until the eighth to win its series in Cincinnati. J.J. Hardy drove in six of the team's 14 runs, four of them with a grand slam, and starter Chris Capuano used all that support to pick up his 16th win of the year.

The Reds have been floundering all season. They've been floundering for years. They should move to a coastal city and change their name to the Flounders, 'cause that's what they do.

I'm sure they'll get back on track once Griffey comes back.

Another step closer to the Brew Crew finishing with a .500 or better record for the first time in more than a decade. Good things are ahead for that franchise...

The Reds need D'Angelo Jimenez!!!!!!!!!!:tealpolice:"All units report immediately!"
Jimenez, like the Reds, can hit, but can't field worth a crap.

2 hits and 2 runs scored (no rbi's) for C.Lee.:D: :D: :D:
Hope the Brew crew resigns him. He'll be an all star
for years to come in the A.L. And here's hoping Pods'
groin heals up so the base thefts can continue.:gulp:

Man,

Figures this is the game that's on while I was at work.

I watched that damn 2-1 extra inning fiasco last night and wanted to shoot myself.

Thank god I root for the sox too. Sanity demands it.

Capuano has been the ace this year. If everything goes ok with Sheets, I think they could suprise a lot of people next year with the top of their rotation. They already have a decent bullpen and some solid hitting, and depending on what they decide to do in the offseason, they could have a real chance of taking the wildcard next year.

I'd like to see them get a leadoff hitter to move Clark down. For example, if they could wrangle Juan Pierre away from FLA at the expense of Jenkins, that would give them a lineup of Pierre-Clark-Weeks-Lee-Fielder-Hall-Miller-Hardy, which would absolutley crush bad NL starting pitching.

I noticed that myself. Brewers committed highway robbery on that Sexson trade and I love it. Capuano will be a star sooner than later

Yes, Carlos is still kicking you-know-what. And on a cool note, I saw him at the Patio in Darien today. :D:

I ran into big Frank there once a few years ago.
