I have a question about playoff tickets. Now I realize that it's still not a given that we're in, but its pretty close.

My questions are:
Does anyone know about when playoff tickets will go on sale?

How much would they be?

How fast would they sell out?

I'm a 15 year old that only makes $35 a week, and I have to give up some of that to pay a cell phone bill, so I need to know how much i need to save to get me and my family into the games. I really really really want to make it to a playoff game because I havent been able to go to any games because US Cellular is about 2 1/2 hours away. Thanks for the help.

I posted about this a few weeks ago, and people commented, search for "playoff tickets" and it should answer some of your questions

Type "playoff tickets" in the Search Forum thingy in the viewbar, results will come in and check the one that says "playoff tickets"

From what I read in the other thread, it sounds like the tickets will sell out pretty fast. Is there any chance that I'll be able to get tickets online or over the phone, because I don't think there's any chance of me getting my parents to drive 2 hours to Chicago to camp outside the Cell, although I'm more than willing to do it.

Unless they've changed the online ordering system, it is pretty much the luck of the draw. You sit there in a virtual waiting room or line and it randomly selects people to order tickets. Sometimes you'll get through in a minute, or you could be waiting for 30 minutes.

My guess is Sept. 17 playoff tix will go on sale.

$30 for Upper Reserved
$40 for Upper Box

In 2003 when tix went on sale they only released 8,000 or so to the general public, they went fast. Just select best available and go from there, whatever comes up, TAKE THEM! A friend of mine in 03 was online and got club level tix when she clicked best available, she wanted lower's so she released them, only upper reserved then came up.

I don't care what I get, as long as I'm in the ballpark. My problem is going to be prices because I don't know how much I'll be able to get my parents to pay.

I'm flying back for the playoffs, so I better get some tickets. I hate ordering online though, it's a pain. Anyone getting extras to sell, I'll buy 'em!!
