Saw this today and they had a feature on Wrigley Field/Cubs and they
interviewed Ryne Sandberg. He was asked about the 7th inning stretch Take Me Out to Ballgame and he commented that it was great and still going strong and said this stupid piece of crap...

Harry Carey started this at Wrigley when he joined the TV booth in 1982.

Idiot...guess he doesnt know that this was started at Comiskey way before he was even in baseball.

Anyone else see this??

Looks like it will be repeated again at 6pm CST.If the quote mentions that Carey started it at Wrigley when he joined in '82, then Sandberg is technically correct...but we all know the full story, which Sandberg apparently doesn't.
