Rooney and Farmer

I know Rooney and Farmer aren't going to be on ESPN 1000 next year. Does anyone know why they're leaving and will they still be the Sox radio announcers? I hate to think that I'll never hear "That's a White Sox winner!" anymore

The radio announcers are employed by the White Sox and not the radio station, so they will be moving to WSCR 670 to continue broadcasting White Sox games. :cool:

The Sox are leaving ESPN 1000 after this season. The Sox with Rooney and Farmer will be heard on The Score 670 starting next season.
