BOSTON, MA - Red Sox Vice President/Baseball Operations Mike Port, a veteran of more than 35 years in the game including the last 12 seasons in Boston, has been named Vice President, Umpiring by Major League Baseball.

Hopefully, it entails telling the umpires the games don't take place in their asses, and, therefore, they should remove their heads from such.
