I believe that's how it is with all suspension appeals, blame the MLBPA for this appealing bs.

I watched the Yankees-Twins game on ESPN tonight, and they said Juan Rincon's appeal hasn't even been heard yet.

He already served it, so doesn't really matter. If anything, I think he's just trying to clear his name. Good luck!!
