I got a cool shot of the cell, and thought some here might enjoy it...although the game wasn't all too hot, the park was looking great (first time i'd been this year)...i got a semi cool shot of pods in left too

haha, i'm glad you liked it

the picture was taller before i cropped it...but upon further inspection when i got home, there were 3 mullets visible (possibly 4...it was inconclusive) that seriously took away from the shot...

I as well. That's one of the best shots of the cell I've ever seen given all factors (angle, sky, crowd, etc.). Good work.

Very nice, especially the crop. Nice composition.

Now I have the urge to get to the outfield concourse and make a mosaic. I'll have to see if I can bring a tripod in.

The picture is nice, but it could be improved. I'm waiting for an updated version that reads, "Welcome to US Cellular Field...Home of the 2005 World Champion Chicago White Sox."

I think if this were to come to fruition it would need to read:

Welcome to US Cellular Field

Home of the Chicago White Sox

P.S. the 2005 World Series Champion Chicago White Sox. ESPN can kiss our ass.

As others have already said, nice picture...but why'd you 'white out' the ribbon boards?

Looks like they're simply overexposed to me. The camera compensated for the failing light by extending the exposure. Even with the bright lights at Comiskey, night time photos are difficult to expose correctly.

Yeah that'd be a more likely explanation, it just seemed too white and too precise to my eye. Mr. Grebeck?

Yeah, and it's something I didn't even think about/notice until I got home, so I did not get a chance to adjust/fix it...It's the only thing about the picture that annoys me slightly...but the sky and the full house makes up for it

Actually, the only other thing that annoys me is that it was taken just before Varitek put the game away with that home run:(:

what kind of camera? what was your exposure time also? did you need a tripod?

That shot from center field is awesome. I had started a post a few weeks ago about my personal plea to finish the Cell. I think that photo shows exactly how great the ballpark would look if they bricked over the exposed concrete between the lower and upper decks. Install slightly darker brick for the press box and it would look great. Hopefully....
