This is great since it's from the shop at mlb.com. I could see it happening at some mom and pop joint, but not the official site of Major League Baseball.

This is great since it's from the shop at mlb.com. I could see it happening at some mom and pop joint, but not the official site of Major League Baseball.

It could happen to a "Mom & Pop", but an e-mail to them would have the problem solved in a hurry. They have no margin for error in their operation. mlb.com, on the other hand, responded with a computerized reply and NO acknowledgement that a problem exists on their end.
