i wanted to do a poll and thought this would be a good one since some people think foulke should start. personally, i don not. he only has 2 pitches and that will allow the hitters to adjust more quickly.

He was asked by Mike North on his TV a year or so ago if he wanted to start how long would it take it get your arm ready to go. And Foulke said it would take a full year to get my arm ready to start so it won't happen unless the Sox tell him real far in advance.
