Frank Thomas' run-scoring, 1st inning double on Thursday gave him 1,467 RBI for his Major League career moving him past Rusty Staub for 43rd on the all-time RBI list.

Kinda shocked that he just now passed Le Grande Orange. Loved Staub, along with Manny Mota probably the best pinch hitter of his generation, but surprised Staub had that many ribbies.

No matter, he's in Frank's rearview mirror now...

Isn't that amazing? There are many a ball player that has put on the jersey and laced up the spikes. 43rd on the list is saying something. Way to go Frank. Don't stop there.
