The stenghths of baseball divisions have shifted.
Here's the current winning percentage of each.

NL East - 0.542
AL Central - 0.522
AL West - 0.512
AL East - 0.494
NL Central - 0.483
NL West - 0.455


Also, the Clevaland Indians (our 3rd place team) have a better record than the entire NL West and a better record than 22 total teams.

These are the stats I find most amazing:
- The NL Central has five teams below .500
- The NL West ahs four teams below .500
- The NL East has zero teams below .500

So, is the NL East really the best or does the NL just really really suck this year?

I still maintain that the NL "comedy" Central is the worst division and the AL Central is the best. The AL Central has the best team in baseball and the 2 leading WC contenders. The AL East is always a tough division, but everybody ignores the fact that it contains the worst team in MLB history.
