That's 6 in a row for the Knights :bandance:

With a .430 average, it's time for Ross to come up.

Big Joe was 0-3 but scored 2 runs

PAWTUCKET, R.I. - After completing what he termed a ``frustrating'' rehabilitation start with the Triple-A Pawtucket Red Sox [stats (http://146.145.120.3/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=bostonherald&page=mlb/teams/028/teamstats.aspx?team=028), schedule (http://146.145.120.3/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=bostonherald&page=mlb/teams/028/schedule.aspx?team=028,season=)] last night at McCoy Stadium, right-hander Curt Schilling [stats (http://146.145.120.3/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=bostonherald&page=mlb/teams/028/players.aspx?id=4157,pos=P,team=028), news (http://news.bostonherald.com/search/?searchSite=recent&keyword=Curt Schilling)] will confer with the Boston front office today to decide what his next step will be on his road back to the big leagues.
Schilling, who hasn't pitched in the big leagues since re-injuring his right ankle in an April 23 start against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays [stats (http://146.145.120.3/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=bostonherald&page=mlb/teams/056/teamstats.aspx?team=056), schedule (http://146.145.120.3/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=bostonherald&page=mlb/teams/056/schedule.aspx?team=056,season=)], allowed five runs in five innings in an eventual 9-2 loss to the Charlotte Knights last night. In a three-run second inning, he even made a mental error and a throwing error on the same play.

The Knights have single-handedly thrown off Schilling's return. Go AAASox!

they're making sure his arm is in good enough shape to play 1B and hopefully OF...although I'm guessing he'll just play 1B in the bigs. Once his rehab stint is done, he'll be called up, probably at the AS Break.

He was a hack in the OF before. Without a healthy shoulder he's darn near useless out there.

Gotta have the arm healthy in addition to the bat. Can't make a move like waiving a guy like Timo if you don't have any faith that Gload can at least be passable out there and stay healthy

Gload has been raking throughout his AAA assignment, but he reinjured his shoulder rushing a throw to the plate during a game in Indy. Once the shoulder checks out, he'll be ready to go and Ozzie (hopefully) can kiss Timo goodbye.

Cue Nancy.
