Question about the A teams.

This may be stupid but, do the Sox consider Winston-Salem better than Kannapolis? Or are they basically the same. They are both in the Carolina Leagues correct. Thank you in advance.

W-S is "High-A" and plays in the Carolina League.
Kanny is "Low-A" and plays in the South Atlantic League.

Both teams are based in North Carolina.

it's a whole 55.3 miles from Ernie Shore Field to Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium. (Maybe that should be FCS to ESF?)
