Hermanson's Nickname

I know that this is not one of the priorities of the White Sox faithful with such a fun season at hand, but...

I heard my friend the other day, one of the few Sox fans I talk baseball with, and he referred to Hermanson as "The Herminator". As soon as I heard that I laughed at how catchy and appropriate it is for Hermanson's role. Think about it..he is a closer, he has a tough guy attitude, it works. I have been trying to sneak it into conversations and these message boards because that would be an AWESOME nickname for our closer. Spread the word! Any thoughts?

I had a friend named Dustin, but he went by Dusty. All of his friends called him Dirt.

If you look at the front cover of Sports Weekly dated yesterday, 6-29-05, he's on the cover. The headline says "Dusting off the hitters". On the thumb of his glove it says "Herm Dogg" in white script.

I think that's pretty cool. Maybe he nicknamed himself!
