Another mystery like the scar on Jermaine Dye's cheek.

Ok so that wasn't just me that saw that. I thought maybe it was odd lighting but I guess not.

See, and I was just thinking it might be...

I heard it was a congenital problem...he was born with his umbilical cord on his head, and that is just a remnant. He was one of few babies born with his uterine feeding tube attached to his head instead of his belly button. Strange occurrence.

I'm sorry I didn't use teal, but I wanted to see if anyone actually bought this for a second.

I saw that when he was up to bat, too. Did he take a shot to the noggin, or does he just have an odd shaped melon?

Who cares. He's really really good. Too bad he's on the kittens.

And what's with that scar on Tina Fey's face?

I am no doctor but I cannot believe the umbilical could be attached to the head unless it is like a big straw attached at the mouth.

That's a line from Arnold Swarzenegger in a movie about him being a babysitter or kindergarten teacher or something. I never saw the movie, but the scene with that line was on all the trailers and TV ads for the movie.

An ex-Cardinal would NEVER do that.

It's from the masterpiece "Kindergarten Cop."

Regarding Polanco, I heard rumors that one of his parents was a Manatee.

You guys are cold.

But seriously, I considered sending an email to Hawk and D.J. during the game asking about that big…..…whatever it is…….on the right side of Polanco’s forehead, after they responded to one viewer’s question and referenced the Detroit pitcher’s diabetes.

Maybe if we flooded the booth during Thursday's game with (POLITE) questions about Mr. Polanco’s skull, the producers would allow one email to get through.

Has anyone else noticed how huge this guy's head is? It looks like he has big swollen areas on the side of his head between his eye and ear. I don't remember him looking like that before. Does his new Detroit batting helmet not fit his head right or something?

EDIT: oops, hadn't seen that this discussion was already going on. my bad

Haha, what a great movie, I think it's when he tells the kids he has a headache and one of them says "maybe it's a tumor"

I believe that the "bumps" are on both sides of his head and it's just the way his skull/face is shaped.

I was TIVO'ing the TV for half an hour looking at the images of this guy's cranium. The closest thing I could liken it to is ET. We kept yelling at the screedn for Polanco to "call home".
