White Sox outfielder Al Smith backs up to Comiskey Park's left field wall in pursuit of a Charlie Neal home run in Game 2 of the 1959 World Series-and got soaked. For the rest of his life, Smith would brag he was the only player who ever drank a beer on the field during a series game. (These photos were taken by a specially built action camera.)
