Predicated on drawing at least 38,645 to each of the three games against the flubs (highest paid to date listed on website), the Sox will surpass 1 million at the gates on sunday. This is 2 full games before that mark last year AND that included the Yankees series....

Also, expect attendence to increase at a greater rate than last year due to the team's sucess.

The Sox are only two games ahead of last year? That's not very good! I thought they were doing better.

At this time last year, we had already hosted the Yankees and the Cubs.

The White Sox had drawn 885,906 through Tuesday night's game, an average of 24,609 per home game. Add the 24k they drew today, and that's around 900,000 for the season.

In comparison, if we MUST...
The Cubs have drawn 1,354,376, an average of 37,622 per game.

So that's basically a 60-40 split. Not bad, when you consider that it always
seems to be portrayed as 90-10, or even 100-0.
