The theme song from M.A.S.H. ?

Or maybe "Money" by Pink Floyd.

I like your style.

Another suggestion: "Hurt So Good" by John Cougar.
Only because it's nice to see KW was right when he
let this guy go.Injuries have taken a toll on his body.
I don't know if he'll ever be the same player he was from
2000-2003 again.:whiner: :redneck

Nancy couldn't play it, but perhaps they could play Wierd Al Yankovic's "Living With A Hernia".

I'd also be happy to loan the Sox my copy of "Broke My Knee" by a little-known band called The Best Kissers In The World...

How about the commercial where the old lady falls and yells "I've fallen, and I can't get up!"

Just play that clip and have Nancy play the theme from "Doogie Howser M.D."

How about "Money talks" by Ac/Dc

And since he will bat at lest 2 or 3 times before getting hurt again, a different song should be played each AB....One about money, the others about backstabbing, being hurt etc...

It's weird that we were talking about this, what, 3 months ago and this same thread was started on "What song should Mags come up to"

Here we are, late June, still waiting for Mags return....Cmon Magglio, dont you want to show the best team in baseball why YOU were to good for THEM?

They should play a clip of Nancy Kerrigan's "Why me" scream for help after that guy hit her in the knee. That may be a little tacky.
Perhaps Take this Job and shove it.

I think us being completely silent would be powerful. No music, no cheers, no boos. NOTHING.

An oldie by Hank Williams - "Your cheatin' heart"

Your cheatin' heart will make you weep
You'll cry and cry and try to sleep
But slee-eep won't come the whole night through
Your cheatin' heart will tell on you

When tears come down like fallin' rain
You'll toss around and call my name
You'll wa-alk the floor the way I do
Your cheatin' heart will tell on you

Your chea-eatin' heart will pine some day
And crave the love you threw away
The ti-ime will come when you'll be blue
Your cheatin' heart will tell on you

When tears come down like fallin' rain
You'll toss around and call my name
You'll wa-alk the floor the way I do
Your cheatin' heart will tell on you

Connie Francis' "Who's Sorry Now" is a good one. Another good one would be the Meow Mix jingle. In a previous thread on this subject, didn't someone post a re-write of Cab Calloway's "Minnie the Moocher" in reference to Ordonez?

I think we should all thank Maggs for a) begin greedy and b) injuring himself so that KW & Co. removed that contract offer from the table. For a while it seemed as though KW really wanted to get something done with him, but I'm glad Maggs stopped it because giving $14mil or whatever even to a healthy Maggs would have stopped this team from going the direction that they did. Instead, we would all have been treated to the Ben Davis and fifth starter experiments again, and we probably wouldn't have Tadahito either. Kudos to you Maggs, because if it weren't for you leaving none of this would be possible.

There's also an obscure Hank Jr. song from a few years ago called "I'd Love To Knock The Hell Out Of You"...
