A run at last: Cubs fans celebrate as Todd Hollandsworth scores in the seventh inning.
The run sliced the Marlins' lead to 15-1. The Cubs lost by 10 runs.

It's cool you made it to both games. I've done the 100 mile double-dip. An afternoon Sox game followed by a Brewers game in the evening.

Whats up with this guy??....

Fans stood in line to snap pictures in front of a statue of legendary broadcaster Harry Caray. That's what Matt Licardi, an eighth-grade teacher in Phoenix, and longtime friend Billy Edmondson were doing 90 minutes before the first pitch.

"Tonight, we're going (to U.S. Cellular Field) to see the Diamondbacks," Licardi said. "The park is just one of those cookie-cutter parks. . . . Here, we're more excited about the stadium."

Some dude from Phoenix who's never been to USCF is calling it 'just one of those cookie cutters'? Sorry, Matt, but I've been to the BOB, and I would hate it if we had to play there. Have fun at Wrigley holding your nose!

"They don't come here for a baseball game. They want to watch the weeds grow on the wall."

Now that is amazing. Well said.

Excellent interview.

You're right about watching the weeds grow. Even that Cub fan said they "get excited about the stadium". Everything but baseball.
