Somebody should call Rand McNally!
I just checked and it says Minnesota is closer to Cleveland than Chicago!
Strange days indeed! Most peculiar mama, roll!

I'm really missing your point. What set this off?
Edit: Oh, I get it. Closer in the AL Central standings. Very clever.

...those Jndjans are only 4 back of you, having won 5 in a row.
33-30 vs. MN's 37-26.

The Tribe has done this before. They go on a five game winning streak and then they lose six in a row. Unless their whole lineup starts to click I wouldn't worry about them.

i was rappin with a few fans, and they said it will be CLEVELAnd not MINN., battling us for first place.
i kinda snickered and said- well id rather it be the indians than twins fer sure!!!

I would too. I'm not convince the Tribe "know" how to win, the way the Twins do. The Indians are the kind of team that would go on a run, lose a game with a blown save, and then drop 8 in a row. Young and fragile. Like the Sox before this year. The Twins would just shake it off and move on (a testament to Gardenhire, in my opinion).

Now it says that Minnesota is as close to Detroit as it is to Chicago!
And it is even closer to Cleveland than that?

As long as those 2 battle it out for 2nd place, then I don't care. Just as long as Cleveland doesnt go on one of those streaks like they did last year. I'm not worried about them right now, but I was in the off season just because of their offense last year.
