I noticed this on the Birmingham Barons website (where you can find a little more info on it).
The Sox and scout Warren Hughes are holding a tryout camp at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Birmingham on Thursday, July 14. The camp is open to players 15-23 years old.
Players will be timed in 60 yd dash and evaluated in hitting, fielding and pitching. For more info contact the White Sox through Warren Hughes at 251-463-2980.
