I'll be there as a walk up with 3 of my friends. It should be a very good game. I'm hoping for a packed house, but not too packed, because I need to get tickets!

Hopefully the rain will hold off. It has supposed to rain like the last week and we didn't get anything at all, hopefully it will hold off one more night.

I'm also going to the next couple of Monday NIGHT games. Do you guys find that walking up allows you to get decent seats? I have friends I'm recruiting to go to the July 18th game. When we've built a 10 game lead in the central and are past the all-star break, I wonder what kind of seats I could get walking up on half-priced Monday. Any experience the last couple Mondays, excluding Memorial Day? Maybe tomorrow would be a better time to answer my question.

Mostly everything in the lower deck is sold out, except for the last few rows in the 2 corner sections between lower deck box and lower reserved (crappy seats). Club appears to be almost completely sold as well. Especially with going 5-1 on that road trip and this game being on ESPN I would suggest getting your tix before 5pm if you want a good upper deck seat! At this rate the amount of tickets sold is going up every minute...get a ticket now and bring a friend so we can show our national tv audience how much we support our team!

I think it will be a quiet night since the Loveable Losers are playing the Fish at the Urinal tonight. Cubs fans have no reason to go start trouble elsewhere when they can go and cheer on their own pathetic team.

Anyone have an extra they are looking to get rid of? I am taking the Red Line in in a bit and can meet up. Otherwise, add me to the walk-up crowd.

I'll be in section 115.

When I parked this morning at 9:30 or so, there were only 12 other cars in the lot. The parking attendant told me that on the last homestand they only had a few cars for the park and ride each day. This is the third time I've parked in the morning before a game and it's been great -- much better than paying twice to park. We really need to get the word out on this program.

The parking attendant -- a really nice guy -- looked bored just sitting in his car. We talked for quite a bit before I parked; it must have been a while since his last customer!

Go Sox!

I purchased mine about 45 minutes ago at the box office, and the only lower deck seats that are left are the Premium Box ones, and I got Section 133, Row 32. If you want lower deck, you better get there pronto, because they will not be available very soon.
