Juan Gonzalez could miss the next three months after tearing a hamstring muscle off the bone below his right knee Tuesday.
The guy is made of paper and glass - why teams continue to throw money at him is beyond me.

Paper & glass are more durable than the bag of bones called Juan Gone.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Manager Eric Wedge had thought his wait for slugger Juan Gonzalez had come to an end. Wedge penciled in Gonzalez's name into the starting lineup Tuesday night, but before Gonzalez could take his position in right field in his 2005 debut, he went down again.Hurt himself in his first AB. This guy makes Ken Griffey look like the man of steel.

Juan Gone could have a .000 batting average for the season, something that never looks good the back of your baseball card. He isn't getting Magglio Ordonez money, though, and Ordonez too is on the DL with a .000 average.

And after the 3 months, he will come back, play an inning or two and get hurt again. Has anyone checked this guy's knee to see if he had surgery in on it in a foreign country?
