Even going so far as to calling us "a tribute to jerry reinsdorf" and an organization that does things right.

Wilbon just said he liked talking about teams that "aren't the Yankees or Red Sox"

Good for Wilbon... maybe ESPN should do this more often. They might even be excited to learn there are exactly 28 teams in the MLB other than the Yankees and Red Sox.

But a "tribute to Jerry Reinsdorf"? :?:

Interesting to hear some White Sox love from a guy writing for the Houston (National league city) newspaper. I thought the national media wasn't paying attention to the Sox.

There's only one explanation. Aliens have a spaceship parked behind the moon and are hijacking the signal with this stuff as some sort of weird experiment.

There's no way Prior wins less than 100 games.

Well, there's one way he wins less than 100 -- career-ending injury. He's not helped by the fact that he plays for the cubs.

A healthy Prior is very very very good.

It's likely he wins more than 100, but he just fractured his arm. Now I'm no doctor, but I'd have to believe that fracturing your throwing arm is a bad, bad thing that can produce bad, bad consequences. So it is surely within the realm of reality that he does not win 100.

Wilbon hates when they have to talk about the Yankees and Red Sox. He always complains about it.

The media is talking positively about the White Sox organization. And in other news, hell has apparently just frozen over. These are interesting times.

Actually, Wilbon likes to say "Enough about the Yanks and Sawx. I'm from the South Side of Chicago! I love the Cubs. Well, I like both teams.. But I love the Cubs."

I feel the same way. Ozzie must be blessed or something.
I was getting really pessimistic during the Monday's game in the Ninth in. Men on Second and third and the two guys Ozzie sends up are Everett and Timo. and notice if everett hadn't gotten out the men wouldn't have been running on the pitch and crede would have been thrown out at home. Everything went perfectly and Ozzie did everything right, I vowed then never to question another thing he did this season.
