Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but I'm in a big debate with a Flub fan, and I need the numbers of Lakeview vs. Bridgeport. I've seen the numbers before, but I searched and can't find em. I need it quickly.

Between May 6 and May 19, 61 reported crimes within half mile of Wrigley (Clark and Addison). During the same time period, 21 reported crimes withing 1/2 mile radius of the Cell (35th and Shields).

I suppose you could argue that there is a sea of parking lots and an expressway in the area around the Cell. Okay, re-run the numbers using a 1/2 mile radius around 35th and Halsted. Crimes reported skyrockets to 35.

Okay, one more. Same time period, 1 mile radius around 33rd and Halsted (basically all of Bridgeport). Now you're talking 100 crimes.

Same radius around Clark and Addison yields 178 crimes.
