The "Outside the Lines" topic will be two-team MLB towns. Hopefully, they will have Moronotti to talk about Chicago's two teams.

is it about cities with one major league and one minor league team?

It's about how the Yankees, Cubs, and Dodgers are "Kings of their Cities."

Ha, he totally ripped on them! It was awesome.

Nothing subtle about it. Studs said that the definition of a Cubs fan is not knowing anything about baseball, and that the whole Wrigley experience should be in the gossip columns instead of the sports pages.

Go Studs!

In the interview segment, they're focusing on the Dodgers-Angels rivalry.

I saw this last night on ESPN. If Fred Mitchell of the Tribune is a panelist, it was originally shown Sunday morning.

If not this must be a second show on the issue.

What time is OTL replayed tomorrow morning? 11? I saw this on at the bar tonight, but they had the TVs muted for karoke night. I knew I liked Studs Terkel. :D:

Kareoke probably never sounded so good as it did during the Cubs segments. :D:

The Angels average 40,000+

That hardly makes the Dodgers "kings" of LA.

If you want to be technical, Chicago is the only two-team city.

It's on from 11:20-11:40am CT. I just watched last night's BBTN and saw the ad for OTL, so I scrambled to find out when it would be on this morning.

I think you technically have to be in LA to be considered the "Kings of LA". The Angles are about 45 minutes to the South.

I've always liked Studs (my grandmother is inWorking , my grandfather went to the U of C) and always liked the White Sox; never thought the two would combine.

Awesome!

I'll bet that comment has something to do with the fact that the Dodgers have outdrawn the Angels 44 years straight.

Didn't the Angels have something like the second-highest attendance last year in the AL? IIRC, Edison Field is much smaller than Dodger Stadium, one of the largest parks in MLB.
