I had the same dilema, recently moved to NC. I ended up getting one from MLB.com (99.99 for replica and 199.99 for authentic). if you use promo code ALLSTAR05 you get 15% off.

There were several other places, but all of them would have ended up being ~$150 to get one done and I just wanted a replica jersey, so $84.99 fit rather nicely. The only downside is that it takes 7-10 business days to leave Majestic's warehouse.
