In the political blogosphere, it's called "freeping" a poll, after the right-wing web side Free Republic, which used to swamp web polls of major news outlets. Other blogs - including many from the left - followed up and did the same thing. After the Presidential debates, it was considered a badge of pride to see which side could "freep" the various media web polls to their resepective side.

There is, but WSI rules prohibit publishing the name (to prevent trolling). PM me and I can tell you the link. However, this site is as dead as the Flub's chances of winning 81 games. It was started in Feb. this year and has only 80 members (some of whom are WSIers!). The last posting, as of yesterday, was on May 6th.

The apathy of the site does not surprise me. It requires and ability to type, spell and think.:D:
