Interesting Stat

Everyone knows this, but maybe you didn't realize it...The streak of leading in 37 consecutive games also meant we have scored at least one run in every game this year. That's still the case after this Texas series. Only 4 other teams have done so; Boston, Cinci, LA Dodgers, and Toronto.

I only point this out because thats not too bad for a supposedly weak lineup. Also, our power hitting line up had been blanked twice by this point last season.

Just thought I'd point that out.

What's kinda funny is I just realized it two nights ago that we have never been shut out this season. I figured everyone else knew and would think it dumb to post so I didn't, but kudos to you for doing it.

The much vaunted 1983 Winning Ugly team was the victim of a no-hitter at the hands of a weak Oakland team in late September.
