Given that we're playing by National League rules this weekend and will need a longer bench for pinch hitters and double switches, will KW send down a pitcher (Kevin Walker?) and bring back a position player? Gload would be the obvious choice, but it doesn't sound like he's ready.

Yeah it doesn't sound like Gload is ready to come back yet. I figure they keep the extra pitcher for now, the only guys I can think of to bring up are Jaime Burke and Pedro Lopez, mostly since they've already been up here this year and Burke has been an effective pinch hitter in the short time he's been up here.

I have a hunch that Walker is sent down when frank is ready and ross is booked a flight to charlotte.

Absolutely hilarious. Isn't Greg Maddux's batting average higher than Borchard's? No pinch-hitting. I smell a Contreras home run. Maybe that should be in teal? It would be nice to just absolutely embarass the cubs though.

Nobody is gonna take Davis off our hands at that salary.

Josh Fields can play all 9 positions and be an all star at each.

I've actually been wondering about that too; Who were the Sox going to move on the 25 man roster to make room for #35 when he comes back ? It's probably going to be what you said.

Maybe we can call up Joe and *conveniently* leave him in the Wrigley dugout while the bus leaves.
