And of course Willis is up like 75-25. Come on, there's no way in hell he's been that much better. He just has the advantage of having pitched (very poorly) in the World Series. 1.08 in the NL = 2.08 in the AL. Should be...

1.) Which pitcher have you heard of more?

I can't take anything away from Dontrelle. Both of these guys have been solid. But Dontrelle is in the NL, Garland in the A.L. After tonight, it should be clear Garland is the better, at least for now. Dontrelle isn't going anywhere.

One thing that bothers me is when people say that Garland isn't as much of a pitcher due to his higher ERA, when he pitches in the AL, for crying out loud!

Garland has been most impressive this year...We have doubled our win total of last year at the #5 spot already! :o:

Dontrelle Willis took the L tonight in Los Angeles.

What I love is that both of these guys used to be property of the Cubs and they let them get away! :D:

You misunderstand the stat. It wouldn't mean Willis was 300% better, but that 3 out or 4 people thinks he's better.

Yeah, I was thinking about that this morning... If Garland and Willis pitch the way they have, it'd be nice to see the Cy Young Awards go to not 1, but 2 ex-Cub farmhands.

This poll ran all day yesterday before they pitched.
