JUST ANOTHER TYPICAL CUB FAN.........
free agents we should go after:
pitchers: james baldwin, chan ho park, david wells, david burba, jason schmidt, mark gardner, aaron sele
catchers: keep hundley he will be batting awesome next season, no use of getting another catcher like pudge, pudge is ingury proned!
second base: move mueller to second and sign castilla to play 3rd
short stop: don't re-sign gutierrez he wants to much, we can get another player just as good and don't want as much like christian guzman or orlando cabrera if their teams get contracted
third base: vinny castilla
outfield: moises alou, juan gonzalez, barry bonds, johnny damon, and re-sign tucker and let go of rondell white
line up for 2002 season:
catcher: todd hundley (trust me he wil be back next season and be hitting awesome)
first base: fred mcgriff
second base: bill mueller
short stop: christian guzman or orlando cabrera
third base: vinny castilla
outfield: LF- moises alou, johnny damon, or barry bonds
CF- tucker or sosa
RF- gonzalez or sosa
(outfield positions depend on who they sign)
THIS WOULD BE THE WORLD SERIES LINE UP IF U ASK ME!!!!!
