Exavier, Prente, or Nook...choices...

I think I'd just go by Logan. I imagine he goes by Nook so as not to expose the utter hack job his parents committed at the spelling of Xavier.

Nook's a pretty common nickname.

They should give up on the name altogether and just call him "Wolverine"

Fact: He plays in Michigan. Wolverine fits.

Fact: His last name is "Logan." Wolverine fits.

Yay.

Perfect. Although, I hate the Wolverines.

Maybe he (they) meant "Nuke" as in "Nuke LaLoosh". Or maybe Nook is just easier to spell.

That reminds me of an old "All in the Family" episode where Archie is playing a game with one of Gloria and Mike's friends where they guess the band leader's name after giving the person's initials.

Archie tells them "E.C." and after totally stumping them he gives them the answer.....

Xavier Cougat!!!!

His Grandma called him Nook and it stuck. I heard FSN Detroit interview with Nook and that's what he said.

We took a look.
We saw a Nook.
On his head
he had a hook.
On his hook
he had a book.
On his book
was "How to Cook."

We saw him sit
and try to cook.
He took a look
at the book on the hook.

But a Nook can't read,
so a Nook can't cook.
SO...
what good to a Nook is hook cook book?

It must be cool to have a nickname you like so much that it actually becomes your "first name"
